Klassische Steuerberatung

In unserem Steuerberatungsbereich, dessen intensive Einbindung in die jeweilige Projektarbeit vielfach unumgänglich ist, werden selbstverständlich in erster Linie Tätigkeiten wie die laufende Führung von Lohn- und Finanzbuchhaltungen, die Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen jeder Art erstellt. Wir arbeiten mit dem Marktführer in der professionellen Buchhaltungssoftware – DATEV und arbeiten als eine der ersten interdisziplinären Kanzleien auch im Rechtsanwaltsbereich mit DATEV Anwalt pro, wodurch die Schnittstellen in der Analyse und Beratung sowohl in rechtlicher und steuerrechtlicher wie auch in betriebswirtschaftlicher Hinsicht signifikant schneller und zugleich professioneller bedient werden können.

Gestaltungsberatung

An unserem Standort in Mühlhausen ist neben unseren Fachanwälten für Steuerrecht sowie Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht Frau Kati Rettelbusch, Steuerberaterin und Dipl.Ökonomin, in der Gestaltungsberatung tätig. Die Teilnahme an Betriebsprüfungen und Vertretung von Mandanten in Steuerstrafverfahren obliegt diesen gleichermaßen. Frau Kati Rettelbusch leitet zudem den gemeinsam aufgebauten neuen Standort in Gotha.

Gerichtliche Vertretung

Daneben vertreten wir Sie selbstverständlich durch einen unserer drei Fachanwälte für Steuerrecht in Einspruchsverfahren gegenüber der Finanzverwaltung und Klageverfahren vor dem zuständigen Finanzgericht, gleichermaßen aber auch – wie erwähnt – in steuerstrafrechtlichen Ermittlungs- oder Hauptsacheverfahren. Die Verzahnungen mit dem Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht einerseits, aber auch mit dem Erbrecht z.B. bei Nachfolgeregelungen andererseits werden durch interdisziplinäre kanzleiinterne Bildung von Projektteams professionell beantwortet, entsprechende Fachanwaltsausbildungen der betreffenden Sachbearbeiter sind dabei die Regel.
